| WPT and bwin Team Up for Venice Poker Tournament | |
| The World Poker Tour partnered with Chili Poker, present a land-based tournament in Marrakech, Morocco last week. In a press release distributed on Monday by the roving poker tour, it was revealed that the WPT has teamed up with bwin to launch WPT Venice. In the storied Italian city, the action will take place at the Casino di Venezia, which is located on the scenic Grand Canal starting on May 6th and running through May 10th. The final table is listed to be televised online at bwins website. | The National Heads-Up Poker Championship semi-finals are set from Caesars Palace in Las Vegas after two and a half difficult days of play and ended to four amazing participants. Two members of Team PokerStars Pro will fight it out, as Vanessa Rousso will take on Bertrand "Elky" Grospellier simultaneously Huck Seed will meet off against Sam Farha. Vanessa Rousso's Las Vegas experience started on Thursday night by naming her as Go Daddy Girl.
